Aye, the location was mad dope! Right by the square next to the old university, so I could walk everywhere. The staff was real chill and helped me out a lot. My room was spacious and clean, kept it cozy all night. The setup with the old parchments was pretty cool too. Just wish the internet was faster, fr.

the ambiance at el bedel is charming, but the service is lacking. I had to endure a rude waitress who seemed out of place, and the door lock didn’t work properly? what a hassle! I almost thought of writing a good review but just couldn’t when I didn’t receive the welcome gift I was expecting, absurd!

I was quite disappointed with the internet service, which was incredibly slow and made it difficult to plan my days. The noise from other guests in adjacent rooms was disturbing, detracting from my overall comfort. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was unpredictable. it would either take forever to warm up or be scalding hot, which was frustrating during my stay.

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the old city with beautiful views. Our room was charming, featuring a flat-screen TV and efficient air conditioning. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the in-house restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the historic surroundings.

The coffee at breakfast was mediocre.

We enjoyed our stay in this charming hotel, nestled right by the old Cisneria University. The ambiance was lovely, especially sipping a drink at the terrace while watching the bustling plaza. My daughter loved exploring the nearby sites with us.

My wife says that the room could be bigger for families.

the heater in the room was a bit weak (had to wear an extra sweater). loved the spacious bathroom, and the front desk staff was really helpful! also, the air conditioning worked perfectly!

Our stay was AMAZING! The staff was really friendly, especially in the restaurant, they treated us like royalty, and the food? Simply excellent! Being in the pedestrian zone was a big plus, letting us explore the city without traffic chaos around us, great atmosphere all around.

It wasn’t exactly a budget-friendly choice, but worth it for the experience.
